The holidays are supposed to be fun, right?
We all have that one dish we cannot wait to get our forks into. For me, it’s usually dessert: a slice lemon merengue pie or shortbread cookies (neither of which I need in my life).
But let’s be real—between all the rich food, family drama, and endless to-do lists, your gut can end up feeling totally stressed out.
If you’ve ever felt bloated, sluggish, or just ‘off’ during the holiday season, you’re not alone.
The good news?
With a few simple tweaks, you can keep your digestion happy and head into the new year without weeks of gut focused damage control.

Think about it: holiday meals are often loaded with heavy, fatty foods, desserts, and that extra glass (or two) of wine.
Plus, eating late, skipping meals, or snacking all day throws off your digestive rhythm.
Then there’s the emotional rollercoaster.
