After a series of tests and doctors visits, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease. As a longtime Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach I knew firsthand how nourishing your body with real food, exercising with intention and practicing daily mindfulness can improve your health, transform your body, and help you feel better than ever.
So, I decided to tackle my own healing journey by creating a strategy to deeply support my body. The results I got inspired me to share this strategy with other women; who also quickly got incredible results. I knew this was something I had to share with as many women as I possibly could.
