Just because you’ve decided to eat healthier and make wellness your top priority, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life. Seriously, gluten-free and vegan, doesn’t have to be complicated or taste like cardboard. And these yummy little ones will prove just that.
What
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE THEM
* 1 1/2 cups of gluten-free flour
* 1 cup of mashed, ripe banana (about 3 large bananas)
* 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
* 1 cup of almond milk
* 6 tbsp. of vegan chocolate chips
How
ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, mashed banana, vanilla and almond milk until combined.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips then lightly spray a donut pan with coconut oil.
4. Bake for 20 minutes then cool.
