You're a recipe researcher, a cook, a workout planner, a symptom tracker, …. and the list goes on and on.
But there comes a point where you realize that the trying to figure it all out on your own has to stop. Because you're not a certified wellness coach, holistic nutritionist, and personal trainer - and you shouldn't have to be.
